Wales Bonner offers a 14-day return window for all full-price items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining the integrity of our artisanal collections.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all designer labels, authenticating cards, and dust bags are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid DHL return label provided in your portal request to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt to monitor the tracking status until it reaches our warehouse.
